Lloyds Scholars Programme

The University of Bristol is a partner university with Lloyds Banking Group and offers the award-winning* Lloyds Scholars programme.

*Lloyds Scholars was awarded 'Highest Impact Employer Initiative' at the UpReach Student Social Mobility Awards in 2018.

Who should apply?

Home UK or EU students holding a confirmed offer of a place at Bristol who:

  • Have an assessed household income of under £25,000.
  • Are starting the first year of a full-time undergraduate degree.
  • Are on a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree course.

What is it?

Lloyds Banking Group funds the Lloyds Scholars programme, which provides a bursary towards living costs.

The package of support may also include, depending on your year of entry:

  • An additional award at the end of each year based on achievement and community contribution.
  • End-of-course excellence awards for top scholars upon graduation.

Applications for 2020/21 academic year will open in April 2020.
