When and how to pay your tuition, bench and accommodation fees.
Pay your fees in full
Pay your tuition and accommodation fees in full in your financial statement before:
- September arrivals: 24 October 2022
- January arrivals: 24 January 2023
This is the preferred payment method for all students.
Pay your fees in instalments
Set up a Direct Debit or recurring card payment to pay your accommodation and tuition fees in smaller instalments.

One-off payments and third-party payments (parent/guardian). International payments using Flywire or TransferMate. Bank transfers.

Change your card details
Update your bank card details in the online payment system.
Sponsored students
You are classed as a sponsored student if an external organisation or company pays your tuition fees. You need to let us know if a sponsor is paying.
Fraud alert
Be aware when using third party payment providers to transfer your funds.
Countries we cannot accept payment from
We cannot accept payments that originate from these sanctioned countries/regions:
- Region of Crimea
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
The funds may be restricted, returned or declined. If you are due a fee refund from the University, processing restrictions will also apply to those transactions.
