We offer a wide range of in-person exercise classes to suit everyone's abilities, based at the Indoor Sport Centre. We are partnered with world-class fitness provider LES MILLS™ and offer a range of the most popular instructor-led and virtual classes every week.

Fitness Classes

Exercise mats

For covid-19 sanitation reasons we are asking Fitness Class and B:Active Campus class attendees to bring their own mat (where the session requires it) rather than providing shared mats. Mats are also available to buy at the Indoor Sport Centre Welcome Desk for £18.

Classes take place in the Indoor Sports Centre Studios 1,2 & 3 and in the Sports Hall. We also have classes at the Swimming Pool and Coombe Dingle Sports Complex.

Virtual classes

Studio 1 is home to our Les Mills Virtual Studio featuring a 4k projection system, interactive lighting and top sound system.

These virtual classes include five of the most popular classes from the international Les Mills programme; Body Balance, RPM, Body Combat, GRIT and CX WORX. The classes are delivered on-screen by the best instructors in the world, featuring a live audience environment.

The class content is updated on a quarterly basis to ensure it's never boring and you can maximise your results. The system allows us to increase the number of classes we offer, helping you to find and book a class to suit you.

Booking

Classes can be booked via the online portal. They may be subject to change or cancellation, please check the booking portal for the latest information.  If you are new to a class or have any injuries, please arrive early to speak with the instructor prior to the class. Classes can be attended on a pay-as-you-go basis.
