About the Sessions


All sessions are currently taking place in the Gym at the Indoor Sports Centre on Tyndall Avenue.


You have the option to book a 45 minute or 1 hour session with your trainer. The trainer will devise a programme to suit your needs and motivate you throughout the hour to get the most out of your time. 

Number of attendees

Sessions are available for individuals, or groups of up to 2 people. The price remains the same. Only one payment can be taken, so it is the responsibility of your group to sort out how they divide the cost between yourselves.

We have a cleaning procedure in place to reduce the spread of germs and minimise shared contact.
