Facilities

Sport, Exercise and Health is part of a network of facilities, providing opportunities for sports participation at all levels, and the chance to take part in a huge range of healthy pursuits.

  • Indoor Sports Centre
    Home for most of our indoor activities comprising a fitness suite, free weights gym, studios, sports hall and running track.
  • Swimming pool
    The swimming pool provides a wide and varied range of programmes, catering for all standards of swimmers and various aquatic sports.
  • Coombe Dingle Sports Complex
    A combination of outdoor and indoor opportunities including facilities for cricket, football, hockey, lacrosse, netball, rugby, tennis and strength and conditioning.
  • Langford Gym
    The Langford campus is the home of the University of Bristol's Veterinary School. The site is also home to a university gym and outdoor tennis courts for use by students and staff based at the site.
  • Hiatt Baker gym
    Hiatt Baker Hall is the largest residence located at the heart of Stoke Bishop campus, and the home of the Hiatt Baker gym.
  • Halls of Residence
    A number of the halls of residence at the University of Bristol are home to a range of sports facilities exclusively for use by University of Bristol students.
  • Saltford Boathouse
    The University Boathouse is based at Saltford and is an ideal setting for both competition and recreational fun.
