User login issues

We're aware that some of our users are experiencing ongoing issues when trying to login via Single Sign On (SSO) to their Legend account.

To make or manage a booking or to make changes to your account during this time, please call us or visit the Welcome Desk at any of our facilities.

Booking classes & swim sessions

We recommend using University of Bristol Active app for the best experience.

If you wish to book a swim session online (e.g. lane/casual swim or Mission Inflatable), please navigate to:

  1. Make bookings > Make a booking (on the left-hand side)
  2. Click on "Class timetables"
  3. Select "Swimming Pool" in "Sites" dropdown menu
  4. Choose your preferred session and select "Book"

Trouble logging in?

Using your online account, you can:

  • Buy, upgrade or renew memberships.
  • Book studio fitness classes or join waiting lists*.
  • Book outdoor tennis courts at Coombe Dingle.
  • Book swimming sessions, lessons and courses.
  • Book indoor tennis courts, lessons and courses.
  • [Current students online] Book B:Active classes.
  • Cancel a booking (terms and conditions apply).
  • Book Sport Hall activities.

*You will be enrolled onto a class automatically if a place becomes available. Please remember to cancel your booking if you can no longer attend, as per our cancellation policy.

Trouble logging into your online account?

We are aware of an issue intermittently affecting single sign-on. We recommend trying in private browser windows and/or different internet browsers to resolve this problem.

If you've used our facilities before but cannot remember your password, or you do not currently have a password, use the 'reset password' option at login and follow the link in your email address to create one. Do not attempt to create a new account. If you experience ongoing problems, contact our memberships team.
