Information for disabled users

Welcome to Disability Support for library users. We aim to provide support for students and staff with a disability to ensure full access to library resources. Students with a disability who require support MUST register with the disability support team within the library.

Some assistive technology software is available on all public PCs in the Library and the Computer Centre. These are accessible using your normal UOB login. This includes Texthelp Read & Write and Inspiration Mind-Mapping software.

• Arrangement of one-to-one training sessions on using library databases and branch orientation tours.
