Physics Library
Library closure
Due to the National Lockdown announced by the Government on 4 January 2021, we regret this facility is currently closed until further notice.
If you have an urgent need to access resources or study seats please email Library-Enquiries@bristol.ac.uk. Please check the main library website for updates.
Due to a maintenance issue we are currently unable to use our main heating system at the Physics Library. Please be aware that this space is particularly cold at the moment. While we are investigating solutions you may prefer to use alternative study spaces or ensure you have suitable warm clothing when visiting the library.

Book a study desk at the Physics Library
If you wish to study in the library you will need to book a study desk before your visit. Bookings are released two weeks in advance.
The collection is available to browse and self-issue for the first hour of opening only. Outside this hour, items can be reserved via Library Search for collection. These will be picked for you by Library staff and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
