Orchard Heights is a self-catered residence for both postgraduate and undergraduate students. It offers modern en suite rooms arranged in flats in a large building centred around a courtyard area, and benefits from being close to the University and the city centre.

Important works are planned to start at Orchard Heights in summer 2027. Scaffolding will be in place and contractors will be onsite. Works will be carried out during agreed working hours to minimise disruption to residents. We are sorry for any disruption this may cause.
