Centre for Gender and Violence Research

The aim of the Centre for Gender and Violence Research (CGVR) is to conduct high-quality national and international research, enabling theoretically informed policy and practice to combat gender-based violence. Alongside research, the CGVR hosts seminars and reading groups, participates in local and national events, and works with specialist Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Gender-based Violence (GBV) organisations and professionals.
