What is osteopathy?
Perfectly suited to treating sports injuries, osteopathic treatment is hands-on and holistic, looking at how the body works as an integrated whole, in order to treat pain and injury, and restore full function.
Osteopaths undergo 4 years of training, after which they must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council, ensuring high standards of practice and conduct, further training and education.
Osteopathy isn't just for backs
Virtually any sports injury can be helped with osteopathic treatment, including:
- hip and knee pain
- hamstring strains
- calf and shin problems
- shoulder and elbow pain.
Clients receiving osteopathy treatment are invited to utilise complimentary gym access (for a limited period) alongside their treatment, where identified as appropriate by their clinician.
