Lost Property

If you believe you have lost property/belongings in or around the University and wish to report it, please make contact with security-office-uob@Bristol.ac.uk or call 0117 9287848 - this service is available 24/7/365.

A document has been created concerning lost property at the University. This information defines the guidelines and procedures relating to the management of lost property in non-residential properties.

The aim is to:

• Ensure that property found in/on university premises in non-residential properties is dealt with efficiently, securely and transparently.

We will do this by:

• Ensuring suitable processes are in place to assess and securely process lost property.
• Ensuring an audit trail exists for every item of value.
