Terrorist Threat

The current threat level for international terrorism in the UK is SEVERE, which means an attack is highly likely.

While no specific threat to the University has currently been identified, it is important for us all to stay vigilant in the current climate.‌

A four minute film, Stay Safe: Firearms and Weapons Attack, by the National Police Chiefs Council highlights three key steps (Run, Hide, Tell) for keeping safe in the event of a firearms or weapons attack.

The ACT campaign highlights useful numbers and online tools that can be used to report suspicious activity in your area.
