2013 Vice-Chancellor's Impact Award

The Vice-Chancellor’s Impact Award recognises innovative research that benefits society by enhancing quality of life, health and creative output, increasing the effectiveness of policy-making or public services or fostering economic success. Last year the results were announced at the University's Enterprise dinner which took place on 26th June, 2012. The final results were as follows:

For the 2013 competition we would encourage researchers to apply as individuals or teams. Two awards will be made this year, a winner's prize of £1500 and a runner-up prize of £500 to individuals or groups showing outstanding innovation in creating economic and/or social impact from their research.
