Opening times
You can call us on 0117 3302721 Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:30 pm
Our telephone lines are not open after 6:30 pm in the evenings or on Saturdays. If you call outside of our opening times, you will be directed to on-call services such as 111.
If we are closed and it's urgent call 111 - you can request a translator if needed
If it's an emergency, call 999

Between 8am and 9am or between 12pm and 6.30pm on the following days, please dial 07976 442366 to speak to the Student Health doctor on call:

Getting here
You can find us at Hampton House, St Michael’s Hill, Bristol BS6 6AU.
- Evening opening (after 5pm): You will need to use the intercom on the ground floor to let us know you are here.
Bike
- There are bike racks located directly outside Hampton House, to the left of the main entrance (see Streetview).
Bus
- Service 72 (Temple Meads-UWE Frenchay) stops on Cotham Road just around the corner. Bus stops near Hampton House.
Car
- Limited pay & display parking is available locally - see maps for Cotham (PDF) and Kingsdown (PDF). We do not have any dedicated patient parking at Hampton House.
