Performance Player Pathway

In September 2017, we launched our Performance Player Pathway, designed to help identify and develop talent. It brings our Performance landscape together for the first time and supports children from mini red (U8) to postgraduate students competing in BUCS tournaments. Currently, players on the Performance Player Pathway will have been invited to participate by one of the coaches.  In the future, we will be hosting PPP fun days to give opportunities to any player to find out more about the programme. Performance player pathway price list (PDF, 481kB)

Facilities

We have more tennis courts than most universities in the UK, with four indoor and 10 outdoor courts at our Coombe Dingle Sports Complex site, and a further 11 outdoor courts located within University of Bristol residences across the city. Coombe dingle hire fees (PDF, 301kB)

Students

The city of Bristol was recently voted the best place to live in the UK and it is also home to a University which consistently ranks in the world's top 100 and UK's top ten universities in league tables. We now have a tennis programme that is competitive with the other top universities in the UK.

Student tennis is powered by students, for students, and supported by a team of dedicated staff and coaches. The University of Bristol Tennis Club is one of the largest students clubs in the South of England with approximately 190 members. In 2017/18 the UBTC committee will be led by Club Captain Eloise Sarre and supported by University Tennis Co-ordinator Lowri James and University Tennis Ambassador Olivia Rutherford.
