Student Tennis

The University of Bristol Tennis Club (UBTC) is run by students for students and is one of the largest and most inclusive sports clubs at Bristol University. There is something for everyone on court and the UBTC committee work hard to put on a host of social events throughout the season and focus on the wellbeing of their members. Our Head Coach, Ali Blackett, works closely with our BUCS Captains and players throughout the year to make sure that they have everything they need on and off the court to reach their potential.

We have a limited number of scholarships available for high-performance athletes including the Vice-Chancellor scholarship and the new Bristol University Maroon scholarship (launched in 2020).

If you are considering applying to Bristol University and have competed for your county, region or country please email ali.blackett@bristol.ac.uk who will be able to provide you with more information or the opportunity to book in a Zoom meeting to get to know each other better.
