2D Materials
Reduced dimensionality of semiconductors changes electronic and phonon properties. The most popular example includes graphene, other systems include MoS2. Changes in material properties can result in ultra-high performance electronic transport as well as phonon transport, which is an area we are exploring by developing new experimental techniques to measure phonon and electron transport in these materials. We are also actively involved in device fabrication.
