- WOCSDICE-EXMATEC 2021The CDTR and the University of Bristol hosted the co-located 44th Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits held in Europe (WOCSDICE) and 15th Expert evaluation and Control of Compounds of Semiconductor Materials and Technologies (EXMATEC) in 2021! These two long-established and complementary workshops in compound semiconductor devices and materials were once again held jointly, online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
