Bristol Bioresource Laboratories (BBL) provides a high quality, professional and responsive sample processing and biobanking service based at the University of Bristol.

Working in partnership with Chief Investigators and their associated teams, we provide expertise in trial methodology, statistics, qualitative research and health economics research.

A research resource of post-mortem brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid from people with dementia or other neurological conditions, as well as from people aged 55+ who were not known to have been affected by a neurological condition.

A translational research and educational facility, unique in the UK and EU for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment.

Primarily a centre for clinical training, this facility seeks out and responds to opportunities for research and development.
