General Academic or Personal Problems
Personal Tutors
Your personal tutor should normally be your first point of contact if you wish to discuss any academic or other problems. They should be able to help or they may refer you to another member of staff or support service if this is appropriate.
Senior Tutors
Dr Roman Schubert is the Senior Tutor for Year 2,3,4 and PGT students and Dr Isaac Chenchiah is the Senior Tutor for Year 1 students. They deal with all progress matters, suspension of studies requests and more complex student problems.
Drop-ins
Year 1: Fridays 15:00-16:00, G.33 Fry Building
Years 2,3,4,PGT: Tuesdays 11:30-13:30, G.33 Fry Building

You can make an appointment outside of the drop-in times by emailing anna.coates@bristol.ac.uk.

Student Administration Manager
If you do not wish to talk to an academic member of staff with regard to your problem you can also contact the Student Administration Manager on 0117 42 84834 or in person at the Student Reception in the Fry Building (G.32).
Wellbeing Team
The University has a Residential Life team and Wellbeing team which you can access using the Request Support form, wellbeing-access@bristol.ac.uk, or 0117 45 69860. You can also drop-in on Wednesdays 14:00-15:30 in G.84 in the Fry Building.
Disability Support
If you have a disability for which you require some support from the School of Mathematics, please contact the Disability Coordinator Anna Coates on anna.coates@bristol.ac.uk or 0117 42 84833.
