Year 1 Student - 2025 Cohort - Cohort 7

I hold an undergraduate degree in Cyber Security and subsequently worked for three years in the banking sector as an Application Support Engineer. I then completed my MSc in Cyber Security from Glasgow Caledonian University, where my dissertation focused on comparing VPN technologies in cloud environments.

My current research interests centre on Security and Privacy, Network Security, and the Internet of Things, with a particular focus on the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). I am drawn to understanding how resource-constrained devices can maintain robust security whilst ensuring interoperability, and how technical, human, and regulatory factors intersect in healthcare cybersecurity contexts.
