Public grants and bursaries
You may be eligible for some public grants or bursaries that provide funding for students with a disability.
Student Health Association
The Student Health Association gives bursaries (up to £500) to support disabled students to keep up with their studies. Students must be studying full-time (or nearly full-time).
The Snowdown Trust
Snowdon Trust Grants can provide up to £5,000 to help cover essential disability‑related study costs.
Applications for the 2026/27 academic year on Monday 14 September 2026.
The deadline to apply is Wednesday 14 October 2026 at 2 pm.
