I have been working in the fitness industry for more than 5 years; helping people to achieve their goals, such as improving flexibility, range of movement, being able to work out with body-weight exercises, and improving and developing skills like handstands, splits, pull-ups, and more.
My passion is movement. So, in my time off, I am usally doing yoga, calisthenics, cycling, climbing and trampolining.
I love helping people to improve their physical fitness, as well as helping them to create routines that increase their mental wellbeing and happiness, through having fun!
