My journey into the Fitness Industry started back in 2017, ready and eager to make a difference by focusing on your physical and most importantly your mental health. I was always active growing up but wasn't until I became a 1:1 specialist, that I truly honed my skills for achieving weight loss and strength for myself and others.

As a woman, I don't feel there is enough quality information out there in relation to managing your hormonal cycle in training and nutrition, coupled with whatever your objective may be, and that's where I come in!
