Toner and staples

Canon supply toner and other printer consumables as part of the University contract. 

Providing the printer is communicating properly, it will automatically send a message to Canon requesting replacement toner to be sent when levels are getting low.

Every stock location will have a stock location manager who acts as a recipient for toners for all devices in that location. If your building does not currently have a stock location manager, Print Services are acting as interim stock managers until these can be assigned; contact us to see whether we have your replacement toners.

Recycle used toner cartridges

Send used toner cartridges in a clear plastic bag, with no other packaging, to the Post Room. 

Canon toner cartridges are recycled at no cost. There is a small charge for recycling all other toner cartridges, which is paid for centrally, departments do not need to cover this cost.

Canon will send the replacement staples directly to you.
