'Cannot log in' or 'printer offline' message on screen
First switch the device off at the switch on the side, wait 30 seconds and switch on.
Wait for several minutes and then use your U-card to try and log into the printer again.
If you see the same error raise a ticket with IT Services.
It may be worth trying again after 24 hours in case the device has reset itself.
Printer is out of paper
In some areas you may have to ask a member of staff to add paper to the printer for you. Check the local rules before you add paper yourself.
When documents are slow to print
When you print on the device, your document begins spooling from the server to the printer. If it is a large document or has high-resolution images embedded, it can take several minutes to start printing.
