Paper

From 1st August 2026, standard white copier paper, clicks and lease costs for print and printers will be included in a higher click rate, these will be charged at faculty / division level monthly. You should therefore no longer order paper through the Marketplace on your own budget codes, but should order through the online shop. Paper will be paid by Print Services.

N.B. This paper is only to be used on the MFD devices in the building selected. We cross-reference paper orders against MFD usage, therefore please do not bundle paper for multiple buildings into a single order. If you need paper for multiple buildings, you must submit a separate order for each.

Please note, the click charge only covers plain white copier paper, other paper stocks (such as coloured paper) will need to be sourced and paid for locally.

IF YOU WISH TO PUT ANY DIFFERENT STOCKS THROUGH DEVICES, PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST. SOME MATERIALS SUCH AS SYNTHETIC PAPERS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR MFDs AND COULD LEAD TO REPAIR COSTS BEING CHARGED BACK TO THE USER.
