From 1st August 2026, standard copier paper, clicks and lease costs for print and printers will be included in a higher click rate. More information on how to order paper will be available here before the switchover. Until then, please continue using your existing process to order paper.

Please note, any other paper stocks will need to be sourced and paid for locally.

IF YOU WISH TO PUT ANY DIFFERENT STOCKS THROUGH DEVICES, PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST. SOME MATERIALS SUCH AS SYNTETIC PAPERS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR MFDs AND COULD LEAD TO REPAIR COSTS BEING CHARGED BACK TO THE USER
