We are committed to ensuring that no member of the Armed Forces community is disadvantaged in the workplace. Where employees are reservists, veterans, or immediate family members of serving personnel, we will seek to provide appropriate support, including consideration of leave arrangements, flexibility, or workplace adjustments where there are specific needs arising from service commitments.
Requests for support will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances as well as service and organisational requirements.
Employees who wish to discuss their individual circumstances or explore available support are encouraged to contact their local Employee Services Hub team, who will provide guidance and ensure requests are handled sensitively and appropriately.
