Women In Quantum Engineering
Our first Women In Quantum Engineering event took place on 4/5 December 2019 in Bristol
This two-day event was aimed at encouraging female and non-binary students to consider continuing their quantum technology studies to PhD level and featured talks from quantum scientists and engineers, working both in universities and industry, giving insight into their current roles and their careers to date. Discussion panels with current Quantum Engineering CDT students gave our visitors the opportunity to discuss motivations as well as concerns within the Quantum group.
