This well established programme is unique in the UK, highly regarded by the meat industry and attracts students from around the world. Currently the programme has seven subject units, a transferable skills unit and an in-depth research project.

The programme is based at the University of Bristol's Langford site, about 20 km to the south west of Bristol.
