MLwiN purchasing notes

MLwiN software will be sent to you as a secure link to a download
Once you have downloaded your MLwiN software, our policy at the moment is for users to be able to upgrade to the latest version for free for as long as you need it, but the free-upgrade policy may be subject to change in the future
Post and packaging is included in all prices (manuals and disks)
Prices for all licences (except for the PhD licence) include technical support as you need it, but the free email support policy may be subject to change in the future

Need an invoice? Please email mlwin-order@bristol.ac.uk if your organisation wishes to pay by invoice giving the following details:
- Name and email address of the person who will be using the software
- Name and email address of the person purchasing the software
- Shipping name, address, email address (and telephone number in case of delivery problems if you are purchasing manuals or disks)
- We will quote you a price in Euros or US dollars upon request.
