Notice for runmlwin users: The updated version of runmlwin to fix issues with MLwiN 2.26 has now been released.
Owners of previous versions can download subsequent versions for free. Please note that the updater upgrades from the previous version (2.02) rather than 2.10 Beta versions.
MLwiN 2.10 has many improvements and new features. You should be able to run both MLwiN 2.02 and MLwiN 2.10 as MLwiN 2.02 would have appeared in a folder - 'MLwiN', but all versions from 2.10 onwards will appear in a folder entitled 'Centre for Multilevel Modelling'.
The set-up program requires a previous licensed version of MLwiN to be on the target computer. During the upgrade you will be prompted with 3 options of Modify, Repair or Remove. Choose Modify and ensure that the programs file check box on the next screen is ticked.
The installation program will create a new folder:
C:\Program Files\MLwiN2(r)
