Using the facilityIf you want to make use of the facility, please come and discuss the project with Dr. Paul Verkade (p.verkade@bristol.ac.uk). In this way we can find out what the best strategy for your specific question might be. Bring as much background information as possible (antibodies, Immunofluorescence Images, Literature, etc.). The Wolfson Bioimaging Facility has to run a recharging system to recover the running costs. More information on pricing can be obtained when discussing your project with Paul Verkade. Booking InformationOn-line booking of all imaging systems is available via Oracle Calendar. The web version can be accessed here. (UoB only). If you are from outside the university or don't have access to Oracle Calender, make a booking directly with one of the technical staff. Booking forms for all microscopes and off-line workstations are included in the public group called BIOC-EM.Please let us know if you are going to be late or have to cancel a booking. If you are more than 30 min late without notification, we will cancel your booking. A penalty charge may be applied. Cancellations can be made by calling: 3312200 or 3312360.
