Cleaved poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP)
in staurosporine treated HeLa cells. Apoptotic cells are detected with an
antibody to cleaved PARP (red) and changes in nuclear morpology are visualised
by DAPI staining (blue). This image was obtained using a Leica TCS-NT confocal
laser scanning microscope attached to a Leica DM IRBE inverted epifluorescence
microscope.
