Cycle maintenance

Get a maintenance check for your bike or non-standard cycle, or use a cycle repair station.

Cycle clinics

You can visit a cycle clinic for a maintenance check or support with minor issues.

Mechanics from Taylored Cycles can assist with issues like punctures, gear tuning and cable replacement.

They can also security mark your bike. This involves permanently marking it with a unique code on a tamper proof sticker and a bike register sticker.

If your bike needs more intensive work, they can give you recommendations to take to a cycle shop.

This is available for students and staff.

Cycle repair stations

You can use a repair station to maintain your bike or cycle.

They all have a:

  • pump for inflating wheels
  • tyre lever for removing wheels
  • screwdrivers, hex key set, spanner and wrenches for general adjustments.

This is available for students and staff.
