Veterinary Sciences Library

Outside of the Veterinary Sciences library. The sun is shining on the building which is a light pink colour. There are different sections of the building at different heights which intersect at the middle. There are big windows that reflect a bright blue sky.

Temporary library closure

The library will be closed from Monday the 16th June to 9am Monday 23rd June for carpet fitting.

Opening hours

The Veterinary Sciences Library is open 24/7 for members of the Vet School with Ucard access to the Churchill Building.  

  • Library staff are available for queries from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (please note the office closes for lunch from 1-2).

Loan periods and borrowing limits

All Veterinary Sciences Library items are subject to the standard loan periods and borrowing limits with the following exceptions
Material Loan periods and restrictions
Serials All users - seven-day loan
New books on display, reference books, books with red tape around the spine, theses, current issues of journals Confined to library
