It's important to look after yourself, so you have a happier time at University. Here are some things you can try which may make you feel more positive and able to get the most from life.
Join a community
Good relationships are important to our wellbeing. They can help us feel happier and more secure. Come and make friends and meet people.
Volunteer
Small acts of kindness or larger ones like volunteering can make you feel happier and more satisfied with life.
Keep learning
Take a course outside of your degree subject and develop new skills. Courses are free.

Stay safe
Bullying, harassment and discrimination are not acceptable. We must respect each other so we can live in a safe and healthy environment.
Be active
