GREAT Scholarships 2026

Applications for September 2026 entry are now closed.

Funding towards tuition fees for students in India, Mexico and Thailand applying for a one-year postgraduate course.

The award provides £13,000 towards your postgraduate tuition fees. One scholarship is available per country. 

This award is in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign. 

Eligibility

You can apply if you: 

  • have permanent residency and a passport for India, Mexico or Thailand;
  • are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes
    and
  • already hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) to start a one-year full-time postgraduate degree in any subject, from September 2026.
