The café is located in the Exchange Hall and has a dedicated entrance from University Square.
It has space for 90 covers and serves high-quality, freshly prepared food with a focus on speed, value, and sustainability. It has seasonal menu for students, staff, partners, and the public.

- Lunch: salad boxes, premium toasties and handmade focaccia.

The food Quarter is on Level 1 with space for 230 covers. We serve customisable, globally inspired food.
Serving a variety of diverse, healthy and affordable food options. This includes burritos, ramen, pasta, rice bowls, wraps, salads and flatbreads. Rotating menus support seasonality and keep choices fresh.
All meals are made to order with minimal waste, fast service and sustainable packaging. We link with local suppliers to offer further options.

Source will offer high-quality catering for office catering, event buffets, informal events and formal dinners. For larger events, the hospitality team can provide packages.
