Pride 2022 - celebrating our LGBT+ staff and students

We are proud to support Bristol Pride  and join city-wide celebrations of LGBT+ life.  Throughout June, we'll be sharing staff and student stories, research studies, events and activities, culminating in our involvement in Bristol Pride Day, 9 July 2022.

LGBT+ people form an integral part of our University community. We aspire to a fully inclusive culture where staff feel able to be themselves in the workplace.

Pride is an important reminder to me of the sacrifices that those who have gone before us have made for the equalities we have today, a celebration of our LGBTQ+ community, and a reminder that there is further action we need to make to achieve equality for all LGBTQ+ people in our world.
