Centre for Research in Health and Social Care

The aim of the centre is to conduct impactful local, national and international social research to address health and social care challenges while enabling better opportunities for wellbeing among diverse groups. The intersectional nature of experience among people in minoritised groups is of particular interest to most members of our research centre. To this end we work closely with members of many other research centres in the School for Policy Studies, particularly the Norah Fry Centre for Disability Studies.
