Physiotherapy is a science-based profession, promoting recovery from an injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapists use movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice to ease pain and maintain or improve movement.

Degree qualified, all of our physiotherapists are also engaged in postgraduate study to Masters level or beyond, to ensure you get the best quality care.
Conditions we treat
Conditions we commonly treat include:
- Acute and chronic sports injuries.
- Neck and back pain.
- Shoulder, hip, knee and foot/ankle pain.
- Post surgical rehabilitation (e.g. anterior cruciate repairs, shoulder repairs following dislocation/subluxation, spinal surgery).
From 1 October 2025, clients receiving physiotherapy and osteopathy treatment are invited to utilise complimentary gym access (for a limited period) alongside their treatment, where identified as appropriate by their clinician.
