Afro Dance

Get ready to groove to the infectious rhythms of Afro dance and embrace the vibrant energy of Afro Life at this B:Active session! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is for all levels. Join us for an  unforgettable session!

Aqua Fitness

Marching, jumping jacks, and resistance moves—all in the pool. It’s low-impact, super fun, and feels like a workout disguised as a pool party.

Badminton

Come and give Badminton a go, no matter your level of experience! Rackets are provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer. Play friendly games with a mix of people - it's not about winning or losing, it's just about having fun.

Barre

A studio-based activity inspired by ballet, but that incorporates elements of yoga, pilates and other functional movements. This session focusses on improving your mobility, flexibility and strength, and is adaptable to all abilities.

Basketball

Dribble, pass, shoot, play. Practice layups, teamwork, and court awareness in an energy-filled session that’s all about rhythm, hustle, and good vibes. All abilities welcome!

Beginner's Run Club

A chill, no-pressure group run where the pace is kept slow —just good vibes, fresh air, and making friends while moving. Perfect for newbies to running who want to discover new routes and stay social.

Boxercise

Learn and master jabs, hooks, and uppercuts between bursts of skipping, and pad work. This full-body, high-energy, session will have you feeling like a pro-boxer in no time.

Circuits

A gym-based circuit style session keeps you moving through different stations that use a mix of equipment and body weight exercises for a full-body workout. It’s fun and varied - the perfect group workout.

Fitness Lane Swimming

Practice your swim skills or just freestyle it – this session is about gliding through the lanes at your own pace and letting the water reset your mind. Start/end your day with a splash and some gentle movement, on your own or with friends.

Football

Passing, shooting practice and casual games. Whether you're new to the sport or seasoned, it’s football without the pressure. Come and join this club led social session!

Football for women and those who identify as women

Led by the women's football club, this session aims to be fun, social and friendly with everyone welcome! Lots of movement with varied drills, games and opportunities to meet other like-minded students interested in the sport!

Futsal

Come to our friendly futsal session. Futsal is a football-based game that focuses on movement and technique! Played on a smaller court with a heavier ball, it’s all about creativity, passes, and nonstop action. Futsal is pure, high-energy fun!

Intro to Tennis

Learn the basic Tennis skills and drills at this fun and friendly, beginners session. From serving to scoring, this session will improve your knowledge and confidence with the game so you’re ready for playing with friends!

Kung Fu

Learn new kicks, tricks, and striking combos while also improving your agility and focus. Our Kung Fu session is part martial art, part moving meditation — with a side of epic, feel-good energy.

MMA for women and those who identify as women

MMA for women and those who identify as women is a safe environment to learn real combat skills, with an emphasis on self-defence and physical fitness. Build confidence, fitness, and community. Please note the lead instructor is male.

Netball

Learn passes, footwork, and team exercises that keep you on your toes. Whether you're new or a returner, it’s a supportive space to play and connect.

Pickleball

A coach led fun, high energy fitness activity based at Indoor Sports Centre's multi purpose sports hall. Pickleball is a racket sport that has been said to be a mix between tennis, table tennis and paddle. Perfect activity for everyone as easy to pick up and very inclusive!

Pilates

Sculpt your vibe from the inside out with slow, controlled movements like balances and pulses. Pilates is a full body workout that will improve your posture, flexibility, and strength.

Rugby for women and those who identify as women

This inclusive session, led by the women's rugby club, gives the perfect opportunity to get involved in rugby in a social, supportive environment. The sport has been adapted so it can take place in a sports hall and will involve drills, skill techniques such as passing and small sided non-contact rugby games! Perfect for beginners but all abilities are welcome at this progressive activity!

Social Tennis

Put your Tennis skills into practice with guidance from our friendly coach at this social Tennis session. Play against your peers and learn from each other while having fun in a relaxed match-play environment.

Spin

This isn't your average Spin class. Expect Big energy, themed playlists, and a party atmosphere that will keep you moving to the beat.

Recreational lane swimming session for women and those who identify as women. This session is about gliding through the lanes at your own pace and letting the water reset your mind.

Tae Kwon Do

High kicks, sharp strikes, and disciplined drills. This Korean martial art blends movement and mindset - perfect for boosting focus, flexibility, and inner strength.

Tennis Skills

Practice your serves, volleys, and rallies at this session! If you’ve learned the basics and are looking to take your Tennis skills to the next level, the coaching, drills and games in this session will have you improving in no time!

Trampolining

Bounce, twist, and fly through the air. Learn jumps, and combos in a session you won’t want to miss - pure serotonin.

Volleyball

Bump, set, spike, repeat. Come along to this popular club led session open to beginners and all abilities! Expect good energy and loads of laughs as you dive, jump, and move with your players across the court.

Yoga

Calm your mind. Flow through a series of traditional yoga poses, all while focusing your breath and movements. Expect energising stretches and balances, plus moments of relaxation, to help you reset mentally and physically.

Yoga for Relaxation

Experience tranquility and rejuvenation at our beginner-friendly yoga class, led by a qualified instructor.All equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class is the perfect way to unwind and instill some calm and serenity.

Zumba

Groove through choreographed routines to high-vibe, high-energy, international beats. Whatever your ability, it’s all about moving to the beat, shaking off stress, and hyping each other up!
