A landmark space mission built on UK research excellence is set to accelerate progress in quantum communications, as the Integrated Quantum Networks (IQN) and EPSRC funded Quantum Communications Hubs launch the pioneering “Satellite Platform for Optical Quantum Communications” (SPOQC).
