The Centre for Surgical Research, based in the University of Bristol, is a consortium led by the Bristol Medical School in collaboration with the UKCRN registered Bristol Trials Centre.

The Centre for Surgical Research is closely linked with the Bristol Surgical Trials Centre (Royal College of Surgeons), the Musculoskeletal Research Unit, the MRC Trials Methodology Research Partnership, and the MRC ConDuCT-II (Collaboration and Innovation in Difficult Randomised Controlled Trials in Invasive Interventions) Hub and the Surgical Innovation theme of the Bristol Biomedical Research Centre.
