Each week during term time, we host a wide range of events and activities, from discussion groups to socials. These are all a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with the Chaplaincy.

Lunch and Learn |
12- 2pm Join us at lunchtime to connect, discuss and learn together around great food. All students and staff are welcome to attend this weekly event, hosted by our Jewish Chaplain. Bible reading Group |
1:10- 2pm Students and staff are welcome to join this group, whatever religious views they hold. Each meeting is a chance to read and reflect together on Bible extracts. We consider questions such as “what was the author trying to say?” and “what meaning could this have for us today?” You don't need to have read the text beforehand or know anything about it: just come and share your thoughts! Read & Discover |
1- 2pm
This group has a specific focus on reading the Bible with International Students, from any background, faith or belief. Each meeting we read a bible text, reflect on its context, learn to cross-reference to other parts of the Bible and relate it to our everyday life. No preparation required! Come along to read, discover and share your thoughts in an informal and relaxed setting. Join this online event using the details provided. Meditation Group |
5-6pm Everyone is welcome to join this meditation group, no matter your meditation experience or tradition! We usually have two sessions of about 20-minutes of silent sitting meditation, with a 20-minute sharing and reflection space in-between.
