EDI Guidance, Toolkits & Frameworks
We aim to engage all members of our University community in building a culture of inclusion and belonging where all colleagues feel connected, empowered and respected. One way of doing this is by providing a range of resources to equip each of us with the knowledge and understanding to embed equity, diversity and inclusion in everything that we do.
- Roadmap to Intentional InclusionInclusion doesn't just happen - we have to work at it. Each of us has the power to influence how others experience our workplace. Intentional inclusion is the ongoing effort to build a culture of belonging and empathy, where difference is valued and where the differing perspectives and experiences of others are recognised and appreciated. This roadmap outlines five ways staff can be intentionally inclusive.
- Ramadan guidanceThis guidance is intended to support our Muslim staff during Ramadan. It also includes advice for line managers who are responsible for supporting and enabling Muslim staff to observe Ramadan.

- Inclusive events guidanceThis guide contains best practice tips from across the higher education sector and beyond, to support colleagues who are involved in organising, hosting, and participating in events.
