Graduation process

Find out when you can expect communications, when information becomes available, and deadlines for our July and February ceremonies.

Communications

We will send an invitation email and other emails to the term-time email address and the home email address recorded on Student Info. Make sure your address is up-to-date so you don't miss our communications. 

Timeline for February graduation ceremonies

By the end of October

  • We aim to provide the schedule of ceremonies by the end of October at the latest.

November

  • If you are due to graduate in February, we will send you an invitation via email, asking you to register.

December

January

  • Deadline for exam boards to confirm if degrees have been awarded or not.
  • Deadline for paying tuition fees in full.

Early February

The week before your graduation ceremony

If you have registered to attend and you are eligible, we will send you a confirmation email.

On the day of your graduation ceremony

Make sure you know what to expect on the day, including travel advice, a timetable and photography and merchandise options.
