How to check in
You must check into your desk or room to confirm you are using the space:
- desk bookings, within one hour
- room bookings, within 15 minutes.
To check in, either:
- select the link in your check-in reminder email
- in HubStar, go to 'Agenda' or 'Week View' and select ‘Check-In’.
If you do not check in, your booking will be cancelled.
Teaching and study spaces do not require users to check-in.
Change or cancel your booking
To manage your booking:
- In HubStar, go to 'Agenda' or 'Week View' to find your booking within the website or mobile app.
- Select 'Edit' to amend your booking or select the three dots to delete it.
Find a colleague
Staff can ‘favourite’ a colleague to see where they are working. This feature helps you book a nearby space.
You can hide yourself from being favourited in the settings menu.
How your data is used
When you book a space, other people can see the title of the event and who booked it. To hide the details, you can make the booking ‘private’.
