Postcolonial natural history collections and museum and archive practices
The theme brings together individuals form diverse disciplines and practices who are interested in exploring the research value of natural history collections and archives, and postcolonial methods of museum and archive practices.
From the personal to the planetary: interaction, activism and futures
This research project brings together environmental researchers, activists and artists to collectively contemplate what we can do together at this time of environmental and ecological emergency. This is a two year joint initiative with the Cabot Institute.
Co-stitch: collaborative stitching
Can stitch and craft bring people together? Through stitching collaborative stitching groups, this research explores questions concerning the role of creativity and the storytelling made possible through material methods.

How do we negotiate the politics of environmentalism and the politics of migration? How and why does language matter in policy debates over environment and migration? This is a joint initiative with Migration Mobilities Bristol.
